We run our Safaris on 4 different levels of budget and comfort.

The prices below are based on 3 or more people.

For 2 people add 30% to the price.

The fundamental differences between these levels of Safari are:

Budget semi-participatory dome Safari

We reserve the right to add people to semi-participatory safaris.
In the event that the 30% surcharge has been charged and we find someone to join the safari the surcharge will be refunded.
 Accommodation:
3m x 3m tent with a comfortable bedroll (with linen) on the floor. Shared toilet tent and shower tent. Towel not supplied.
Meals: (vegetarian and vegan options are available)
Early breakfast- Porridge, tea and coffee.
Brunch- Eggs, beans, sausage and toast.
Dinner- Stew (chicken, beef or vegan) with rice or Mash potatoes or maize meal.
Drinks:
3lts of bottled water per person per day will be supplied. If you would like to take any extra drinks we can supply a cooler and ice.

No supply vehicle will take staff to set up camp ahead of you, all equipment will be carried on the vehicle with you and in a trailer.
Your guide and 1 camphand/chef will accompany you.
Help is required from you with unpacking, setting up and repacking your tent and bedroll.
Luggage must be restricted to 15kg per person in soft bags.

Standard dome tent Safari

Accommodation:
3m x 3m tent with a comfortable bedroll (with linen) on stretchers. Bedside table with solar powered lantern.
Shared toilet tent and shower tent. Towel supplied.
Meals: (vegetarian and vegan options are available)
Early breakfast- Cereals, rusks tea and coffee.
Brunch- Eggs, bacon, beans, fried tomato, sausage and toast.
Light afternoon lunch- Cold meats, salads breads and fruit.
Dinner- 2 courses, either soup and a main or a main and desert.
Drinks:
3lts of bottled water per person per day, fruit juice for breakfast and a couple of glasses of wine for dinner will be supplied. If you would like to take any extra drinks we can supply a cooler and ice.

Tented safari camp near Nxai Pan

For groups of more than 4 people a supply vehicle and 2 staff will set up camp ahead of you. For 4 or less people 2 staff will go with you and all equipment will be carried on the vehicle with you and in a trailer.
Luggage must be restricted to 15kg per person in soft bags.

En-suite dome tent Safaris

N.B. Minimum 2 nights per campsite.
Accommodation:
3m x 3m tent with a comfortable bedroll (with linen) on stretchers. Bedside table with solar powered lantern.
Chairs and a table on a groundsheet outside the front of the tent.
An attached enclosure at the back of each tent with own shower and toilet. Towel supplied.
Meals: (vegetarian and vegan options available)
Early breakfast- Cereals, yoghurt, rusks tea and coffee.
Brunch- Eggs, bacon, beans, fried tomato, sausage and toast.
Light afternoon lunch- Cold meats, salads breads and fruit.
Dinner- 3 courses, soup, a main and desert.
Drinks:
3lts of bottled water per person per day, fruit juice for breakfast and wine for dinner. A limited supply of local soft drinks, beers and cider will also be supplied. If you would like to take any extra drinks we can supply a cooler and ice.

En-suite Meru tent Safari

N.B. Minimum 3 nights per campsite.
Accommodation:
3.5m x 3.5m classic Safari style Meru tent with comfortable beds and quality cotton linnen.
A covered verandah at the front of your tent with chairs and table
An attached enclosure at the back of each tent with own shower and toilet. Towel supplied.
Meals:(vegetarian and vegan options are available)
Early breakfast- Cereals, yoghurt, fruit, rusks, tea and filter coffee.
Brunch- Eggs, bacon, fillet of beef, beans, fried tomato, sausage and toast.
Light afternoon lunch- Cold meats, salads breads and fruit.
Dinner- 4 courses, soup, a main, desert and cheeses.
Drinks:
All bottled water, fruit juice. Local soft drinks, beer, cider. Wine and a limited supply of spirits will be supplied. We would be happy to hear from you regarding your drinks preferences.

A supply vehicle with at least 3 staff will set up camp ahead of you.
Luggage must be restricted to 30kg per person, preferably in soft bags.

N.B.If your safari starts or ends in Kasane we charge an additional fee of P3200.00  to get vehicle, staff and equipment there or back.
This will not be charged if we are dropping you off in Kasane before 12:30pm or picking you up there after 2 pm.

Our itineraries are flexible but to give you an idea of what to expect we have a typical example of one of our safaris listed below.
We also run safaris to Kalahari, Makgadikgadi and Nxai pans.

6 day mobile Adventure Safari itinerary

Day 1: Depart at 9am on a 6 day photographic safari to Moremi for 2 nights, Savuti for 2 nights and Ihaha (Chobe) for 1 night.
Arrive at Moremi south gate at around 10:30. Spend the next 5 to 6 hours slowly meandering along the game drive routes up the western side of Moremi stopping to enjoy a packed picnic lunch on the way.

Arrive at your campsite and settle in.
For those of you who are up for it  you may then go on an evening game drive in the area between 2nd and 3rd Bridge. Arrive back to camp for a shower and a wonderful fire-cooked 2 course meal.
Day 2: On your full day in Moremi you may choose between whether you would prefer to do a morning and afternoon game drive returning for lunch in camp or perhaps you would like to go out for the whole day with a  picnic lunch.
Day 3: Wake up call at 5:30 for an early breakfast and to depart for Savuti by 7am for a slow scenic game viewing drive through the north of Moremi and Khwai with a picnic lunch on the way. Arrive in Savuti, settle into camp.
Anyone who wishes to,  may then go on an evening game drive in the Savuti marsh area.
Arrive back to camp for a shower and a wonderful fire-cooked 2 course meal.
Day 4: On your full day in Savuti you may choose between whether you would prefer to do a morning and afternoon game drive returning for lunch in camp or perhaps you would like to go out for the whole day with a packed picnic lunch.
Day 5: Wake up call at 5:30am. Coffee/tea and rusks will be served as a light breakfast before your game drive. Go out from 6am on a game drive in the Savuti area arriving back at 10:00am for a full cooked brunch. Depart camp at around 11:00 for a 5 hour drive  to Ihaha. Arrive at your campsite at around 4pm. Go out on an evening game drive in the Ihaha area.
Day 6: Wake up call at 5:30am Coffee/tea and rusks will be served as a light breakfast before your game drive. Go out from 6am on a game drive in the Ihaha area arriving back at 9:30am for a full cooked brunch. Depart camp at around 10:30 for a 1½ hour drive to Kasane or Kazungula.
